Existing Patient Follow Up Appointments: 30 min ($90) or 45 min ($115)

Mobile Visit: 1 hour ($150) *travel fees may apply

Currently, we do not bill insurance, but we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Cash, check, venmo, or cards (credit, debit, HSA) are accepted for payment at time of service.
